AFL Züri Grümpi 2025
Am 12.04 werden wir das erste AFL grümpi in der Schweiz veranstalten. Gedacht ist es als einsteigerfreundliches Spassturnier. Wir wollen möglichst viele neue Personen für den Sport begeistern. Die Idee ist also, dass sich Teams von mind. 7 und max. 14 Personen anmelden, um am Turnier teilzunehmen. Frauen und Männer sind gemischt und für eine Anmeldung muss man mindestens 14 Jahre alt sein. Da wir vorallem neue Leute ansprechen wollen, sind max. 3 Klubspieler auf dem Feld erlaubt. Die Regeln sind auch angepasst. Es wird ohne Vollkontakt gespielt, das heisst keine Bumps und nur wraping tackles. Wir spielen mit 7 Spielern auf dem Feld. Also schnappt eure Freunde und meldet euch als Team an! Es wäre eine tolle Möglichkeit um den Sport zu verbreiten und euren Freunden vorzustellen.
Wenn ihr keine Lust habt ein Team zusammenzustellen könnt ihr euch auch als Einzelperson anmelden und werdet dann einem unvollständigem Team zugewiesen. Wenn ihr beim Grümpi nicht mitspielen wollt würde es uns freuen wenn ihr euch als Schiri melden würdet!

AFL Friendly Newcomer Tournament
On the 12.04 we will be organizing a fun friendly tournament targeted towards new players. We want to spread the sport to as many new people as possible. The idea is that you sign up in teams of min. 7 and max. 14 people. Men and women play in mixed teams. To play one must be at least 14 years old. Because we want to get new players involved, a maximum of 3 clubplayers are allowed on the field. The rules will also be adjusted slightly to make it more friendly towards beginners. There will be no bumps and wraping tackles only. There will be 7 people on the field per team. Its a great opportunity to introduce your friends and family to the sport. So gather up a team of your friends and sign up!
If you do not want to organize a whole team you can also sign up as a single player and be sorted into a team on the day. If you would rather umpire or help in any other way on the day please contact us!
